I did a run workout last night to see how far we could go in 10 minutes at 50% effort. I'm just over 8 min/mi. That's way better than I was last year which was 9.5 min/mi.

New Link to my Workout Log!!!
I added a link to my online workout log. Now you can see what I'm doing (as far as training goes that is). See the log or click on the link at the right.
