New Link to my Workout Log!!!

I added a link to my online workout log. Now you can see what I'm doing (as far as training goes that is).
  • See the log or click on the link at the right.

  • I did a run workout last night to see how far we could go in 10 minutes at 50% effort. I'm just over 8 min/mi. That's way better than I was last year which was 9.5 min/mi.
